OH NINE! BOOTH

SERVICE AGREEMENT

(Applies to Video Guestbook & Photo Booth, unless stated otherwise)

General Terms

• This agreement is between the Host (Client) and Oh Nine! Booth and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.

• All equipment is intended to operate for at least 80% of the agreed hire period. Short interruptions due to setup, maintenance, or breaks may occur.

Booking, Payment & Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least one (1) month before the Event Date.

• Bookings may be cancelled if the balance is not paid by the due date.

Changes & Cancellations

• Cancellations 30 days or more before the Event Date → 50% refund (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations less than 30 days before the Event Date → No refund.

• Date changes:

  • 15 days or more before Start Date → Free reschedule, subject to availability.

  • Within 14 days of Start Date → Date changes not permitted.

Delivery, Setup & Schedule

Video Guestbook (Phone-Only)

• Nationwide delivery & return fees within Australia included.

• Equipment delivered 2–5 days before Event Date.

• We aim to deliver 2–3 days in advance, delays outside our control may affect timing.

• Notify Oh Nine! Booth within 12 hours of delivery of any damage, missing items, or non-functional equipment.

• Once verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost, where possible.

• If a timely replacement cannot be arranged, the Host may choose either a full refund or a credit.

• Prepaid return satchel included; return must be lodged within 2–3 days after the Event Date.

• Late returns may incur $50 per day, plus additional courier or hire fees.

Staffed Services (Vintage Phone Upgraded Setup & Photo Booth)

• Attendants arrive 30–60 minutes before service starts and pack down by 11:00pm (Vintage Phone Upgraded Setup)

• Attendants arrive 60 minutes before service starts and stay until the end of the hire time. (Photo Booth)

• Full setup and pack-down included.

• Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees, payable immediately.

Travel & Additional Fees

• Travel fee: $100 within CBD; $1.50 per km outside CBD (round trip).

• Optional on-site attendant (Video Guestbook): $35/hour.

• Idle hours (Photo Booth): $75/hour, arranged at least 2 weeks prior.

• Additional Hours: $150/hour beyond 11:00 pm (Video Guestbook Upgraded Setup)

• Outdoor events require prior approval and incur a minimum $150 outdoor fee.

• Staff meals are appreciated for bookings of 2–5 hours.

Venue & Host Responsibilities

• Host must provide suitable access, space, power, and a safe environment.

• Minimum space (Mirror Photo Booth): 3 x 3 metres, solid and level flooring, dedicated power outlet.

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

• Host is responsible for guest behaviour, crowd control, and equipment safety once setup is complete.

Equipment Responsibility & Damage

• Equipment must not be tampered with, repaired, or modified.

• Equipment is regularly maintained, with minor cosmetic wear possible.
• 100% uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed; Equipment is expected to function for at least 80% of the hire period.
• Once setup is complete, the Host is responsible for the safety of all equipment.

• Host is liable for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

  • Video Guestbook Phone: $550

  • LED Light: $50

  • Signage: $50

• Oh Nine! Booth may refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe, abusive, or unruly behaviour, with no refund.

Content, Delivery & Quality

Video Guestbook

• Videos recorded in 1080p HD with CD-quality audio.

• Edited MP4 compilation delivered within 7–14 days after equipment return.

• Raw video files available upon request.

Mirror Photo Booth

• Complimentary online gallery included.

• Final images delivered within 7-14 days.

Content quality may vary due to environmental factors or guest usage. Oh Nine! Booth is not liable for quality issues caused by these factors.

Intellectual Property & Usage

• Copyright is shared between the Host and Oh Nine! Booth.

• Oh Nine! Booth may use selected content for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

• Images and videos will never be sold as stock media.

Liability & Force Majeure

• Oh Nine! Booth is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics).

• In rare cases of unrecoverable content loss or inability to deliver services, liability is limited to a full or proportional refund of fees paid.

Usage Guidelines

• Equipment arrives fully charged and ready for use (Video Guestbook records up to 11 hours).

• All usage instructions must be followed at all times.

• User errors are the responsibility of the Host and guests.
